Our Summarized Statement of Faith

Thank You God for leaving us a "life guide" for this journey...

        1. We believe in Sola Scriptura (Latin meaning "by Scripture alone") is the Christian doctrine that the Bible is the supreme authority, and inspired, infallible Word of God in all matters of doctrine and practice. Because of this belief, our goal is to share in love and action, everything that God shares in His Truth to others.

        2. We believe that there is only one God, who created mankind and the world. He exists in three people as the Father, Son Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit.

        3. We believe that Jesus Christ is God Himself who came down to reconcile mankind back to Himself. He came through a virgin birth, lived a sinless life, healed and performed many eye-witnessed miracles, died to shed His own precious sinless blood to atone for mankind's sins, He arose again in bodily resurrection, He was witnessed by many before He went back to heaven and is seated at the right hand of the Father, and one day will return to fully establish His Kingdom come. .

        4. We believe that because of one man's sin, (Adam) all humanity has inherited sin. We also believe because of one's man's obedience to sacrifice his sinless  body (Jesus Christ), we can all be redeemed back to God.

        5. We believe that only through believing and receiving the free gift of Jesus Christ's finished work on the cross, we can be saved by the grace of God. It cannot be achieved through results of our own actions or money.

        6. We believe that as soon as one confesses their sins, and believes in the forgiveness of their sins through Jesus Christ, and invites Him in, the Holy Spirit, promised by God will be baptized into each genuine believer. Through the Holy Spirit, each believer will be given spiritual gift(s) to help others.

        7. We believe we are immediately adopted into God's Spiritual family, sealed for eternity, and guaranteed to enter into heaven when we invite Jesus Christ as our Lord and Saviour.

        8. We believe that we are not perfect beings because we have new life in Jesus Christ.  We will continue to struggle with our past flesh and our new life in Christ if we choose to not listen to God. We believe that when we confess our sins, God is faithful and just and will purify us from all unrighteousness so we can maintain a close relationship with Him without any guilt or shame.

        9. We believe once we are forgiven sinners  we will desire to know and walk closer with God through reading His Word (the Bible), share God's free gift of salvation to others, desire to be in the community of other believers, and genuinely desire to serve others.

        10. We are called to love, forgive, inspire, encourage, and challenge others to have a deeper relationship with God, our Creator, and with each other.
